Here’s a way to stop negative thinking – and I can assure you through personal experience that this works!
I started drawing this cartoon up last week – then got sidetracked with urgent pressure jobs, so it’s probably lost a bit of it’s effect now that the show is over. But it still has a motivational message underneath it – YOU SHOULD NEVER GIVE IN!

You have to be focused – you have to have laser like focus to drive you forward!
My success, part of it certainly, is that I have focused in on a few things.
Along with a strong belief in your own inner voice, you also need laser-like focus combined with unwavering determination.
