Do you see the PROBLEM or past it to see the Solution!?

I know I’m sometimes guilty of seeing the PROBLEM and not past it to see the SOLUTION!

There’s always a solution behind every PROBLEM! You just have to look through it!

Cartoon Motivator - There's always a solution behind every PROBLEM! You just have to look through it!

It is better to laugh about your problems than to cry about them. It’s not that I’m so smart, it’s just that I stay with problems longer.
Albert Einstein

To solve any problem, here are three questions to ask yourself: First, what could I do? Second, what could I read? And third, who could I ask?
Jim Rohn

Committed To Continuous Improvement!

Today we have a look at the subject of
‘Continuous Improvement’. I personally liked this
quote from Kim Collins….Strive for continuous
improvement, instead of perfection.
And another one from Steve Ballmer..As a global
company, our future growth and success requires that
we constantly look at ways to improve our ability to
serve customers worldwide.

And the same goes for me!
‘Til next time!

YOU'VE Got To Get Out Of YOUR Comfort Zone!

While on the subject of COMFORT ZONES – here’s a poem that
inspired this cartoon…

My Comfort Zone – A Poem
Author Unknown

I used to have a comfort zone where I knew I wouldn’t fail.
The same four walls and busywork were really more like jail.
I longed so much to do the things I’d never done before,
But stayed inside my comfort zone and paced the same old floor.
I said it didn’t matter that I wasn’t doing much.
I said I didn’t care for things like commission checks and such.
I claimed to be so busy with the things inside the zone,
But deep inside I longed for something special of my own.
I couldn’t let my life go by just watching others win.
I held my breath; I stepped outside and let the change begin.
I took a step and with new strength I’d never felt before,
I kissed my comfort zone goodbye and closed and locked the door.
If you’re in a comfort zone, afraid to venture out,
Remember that all winners were at one time filled with doubt.
A step or two and words of praise can make your dreams come true.
Reach for your future with a smile; success is there for you!

No one ever attains very eminent success by simply doing what is required of him; it is the amount and excellence of what is over and above the required that determines the greatness of ultimate distinction.

The Customer REALLY is King!

REALLY take note on…

And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down,
simply by spending his money somewhere else."
Sam Walton

worth of advertising."

Service wins the game."

always give people more than what they expect to get."
